Welcome to Covenant Baptist online!  One of our greatest desires is to be known as a church that is saturated with Good News.  But, let me tell you what the Good News is. 

About two thousand years ago God sent his Son into the world to accomplish a divine task: fulfill the commands of a just and holy God and pay the penalty for the sins of all who believe.  As you will soon discover, that bit of history is the focal point of Covenant Baptist.  We are a Christ-centered community. In everything we strive to trust and obey Him.  We strive to proclaim Him in all things with a spirit of love that never compromises truth.  We do all this while anticipating His glorious return.

But the story doesn’t stop there.  While Jesus ministered on this earth He gave his disciples a mission.  He said to his disciples, “Peace be with you.  As the Father has sent me, even so I am sending you.”  It is in the spirit of this mission that Covenant Baptist was planted and continues to this day.  It is in the spirit of this mission that our doors are open to all.  We hope that you too will find Christ to be your one true hope and treasure.  We hope that you too will become Christ-centered.

This site is designed to show you just a little about who we are and what we are about.  It’s not exhaustive but hopefully it will give you a better understanding of the depth and breadth of our Covenant Community.  And, of course our prayer would be that you might find with us a place of belonging and service to God’s glory.
